All staff are wearing masks and each work station is safely separated and cleaned down after each client. Tea and coffee still offered but in throw away cups. I queued for about 40 (I had a wander around the shops) and Kelly was very welcoming. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked. I will definitely be returning and requesting Kelly again.”

I originally booked through Treatwell but when there was a mix up with double bookings I received a text from Parveen within half an hour to reschedule my appointment, which she fit around my schedule by giving me an 8pm appointment on a Friday. I was barely there for 20 minutes and had as pain free experience as a Hollywood can be. Not only was Parveen thorough, I felt completely at ease and we had a really nice chat. Turns out I have very dry skin and so Susan kindly created a bespoke facial for me, starting with a gentle and then vigorous exfoliation to focus on removing any dead skin. I'm not sure how long the massage oil was used on my face because quite honestly I nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed. Various other carefully chosen treatments meant I left with skin feeling dewy, plump and refreshed - not only that but a chat at the end meant I knew exactly what products I should be looking for on the high street that would fit within my price range.
