"Came in early 13/2/23 and only one customer. Kelly was friendly and said to come back in half an hour. She was on her own but handled incoming calls and the public with confidence and good knowledge when I was having my hair done. Kelly is so bubbly and upbeat which put me at ease. So easy to chat to. I showed her several similar hair styles. The outcome was just what I wanted. The whole experience was fun, professional and she has solid hairdressing knowledge. Kelly is a real asset to Woking Supercuts. They are very lucky to have her. Thank you for a really nice hair cut. You are very good and know your stuff."

"I haven’t used Woking Supercuts for many years due to a bad experience. I was pleasantly surprised how lovely and attentive Kelly was. She was on her own and was doing a great job . I queued for about 40 (I had a wander around the shops) and Kelly was very welcoming. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked. I will definitely be returning and requesting Kelly again."

"Kelly was amazing today! Went into supercuts for a 90’s style layered hair cut after not having anything more than half an inch removed each time for over 10 years! I was terrified but she was so reassuring and confident. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure she understood exactly what my expectations were before starting to chop! She was so kind, funny & patient! Very talented hair dresser as well. She gave me so much advice on how to promote hair growth & strengthening with my hair! Would definitely recommend!"

"Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with both queueing system and the haircut itself. I came in to get a basic trim on the ends. Later during the day I noticed all the layers seems uneven and one side is shorter than another. I went back three days later to have it fixed by the same stylist and it looks a bit more even, but all the hair seem to be at different length anyway. The queuing system keeps failing and it doesn't show the real waiting time. The system showed 25 mins, one of the stylists said it will be 3h, while in reality I got a text about 40 mins later that I can come. You basically have to make yourself available the whole day, because you never know when you'll get a text and then your slot is free for 5-10 mins. It was fairly cheap, but looks like you pay what you get."

"Kelly was so patient and friendly with my toddler. This was his first haircut at a salon and he was nervous and crying but she took her time to comfort him and tried out different techniques eg him sitting on my lap versus on a cushion. I was offered a cover when breastfeeding my baby who was getting tired. Will definitely come again"
