Service prior to the change was appalling but it is now excellent with the new owner/pharmacist being extremely helpful, going above and beyond and treating customers respectfully and courteously. “Required a boiler service and spent a while looking for a company with good reviews. Found Pete (P.H.Butler) and couldn’t be happier! Found a couple of fairly major issues with the boiler that other engineers seem to have ignored. Pete explained the issue with me and showed me the faults before completing any additional work. I then highlighted the terribly low water pressure in our shower and Pete explained through possible options explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each. In the end, we got P.H.Butler to change the water cylinder to a larger unvented unit. Very fair pricing with zero complaints - thoroughly recommended!”
