I was recommended the Pink Chai which is vegan friendly, just ask for your favourite non dairy milk with it. We also had the mini samosas which paired very well with the Pink Chai. “The staff at Violets salon in Preston Road are very professional, polite, friendly, helpful and demonstrate excellent customer service. The hair stylist was very knowledgeable, experienced and knew my hair type, requirements and even gave her advice in hair care, products and styling tips for aftercare and maintenance. She coloured my hair to tone it down and match my roots perfectly, treated it with conditioner and really showed care and sensitivity using the products on my damaged hair. A perfect cut and blow dry to finish and an aftercare consultation to inform me on the best products and hair care routine. The manager knows her clients well and confidently leads her staff. The additional eyebrows tint, threading and manicures were completed to perfection! A highly recommended beauty and hair salon and would go back for the cost, staff and services. “When I got a quote and the time frame from metro wardrobes, I thought it was too good to be true. Not only was the price the most competitive between sharps and sliderobes, they could install 12 weeks earlier than these other competitors. The design team were very helpful and accessible during the whole process. I was convinced what was promised would not be delivered upon. However I am very impressed with the final result. Although there were some minor hiccups and installation took place over 5 days instead of 2-3, it was done professionally and to a high standard. Would highly recommend metro wardrobes.”

“Absolutely incredible customer service from JOSH, who was extremely friendly and professional in helping my mother find a new pair of Skechers. He used his own initiative to identify suitable shoes, and came back multiple times with new suggestions. He gave clear explanations for technical differences between the available shoes, and was prompt, friendly and articulate. He listened carefully to my mother as she tried on the shoes and explained what she needed. Josh showed his expertise on the variety of shoes, of which there are many in store to choose from, and quickly checked stock levels for those shoes that were not available in store. Josh even brought different sizes to try and genuinely appeared happy to help, with a positive attitude, and even brought over a stool for my mum to sit on to try the shoes. In the end, my mum found and bought a pair that was suitable and is now delighted - thanks largely to Josh and his exemplary level of customer service. Thanks Josh and thanks Skechers, Wembley.”
