"Used to be a great vets don't know what is gone wrong no vets there can't get an appointment my dog is not well have to look for another vet had an appointment but they cancelled it and told me they could not tell me when they could see my dog have been going to that vets since 1979 but never again"

"We have been going here for a few months, while there are good and pleasant veterinarians working their organizational skills are not on the level where it should be. There was a few times when we had a visit scheduled many days in front and we would just get a call or a message that the appointment has been canceled due to no available vet. We got a message like that a few hours before. The other thing that I was really shocked and frustrated is that our dog needs a pain shot every 6 weeks due to his age. We have a scheduled visit for that every 6 weeks, they had 6 weeks to order the shot they didn’t do it. We showed up and all that the receptionist said was “We don’t have the shot, we need to reschedule.” He didn’t even apologize for not ordering it on time, they had 6 weeks. I think that the overall service should be improved. Lots of people in the area don’t have an ability to go somewhere else and this is the only choice."
