"This branch is quite nice. There were quite a few people inside that day, but there were places to sit. On a negative, the sun shines directly in the cafe's big windows, not pleasant on a hot day, I experienced that last year! The staff are friendly, the food is good but it would be even better if there changed things up and offered more proper sandwiches. Cakes are lovely, if a bit on the pricer side. The outside chairs and tables, always look shabby. Would be nice if they had a canopy, shading those both in and outside in the summer months."

"Next time I will walk a few meters to the next cafe. I ordered takeaway coffee. The coffee was hot. It is easy to burn a hand after a long time of holding. I didn't get the cardboard cup sleeves. Just a napkin. I asked for an extra cup. I did not receive it, because it is extra paid. If you do not have sleeves for hot drinks, give at least an extra cup for free! To not burn customers' hands. I have never had such a situation before. I always get a sleeve or double cups."

"half day at work and after , just enjoy sun ... i decided to visit my local Costa ... now I know it was very bad idea ..., my plan was order Tropical Mango Bubble Frappé & Light Dairy Swirl , when I came inside shop I saw advert : Tropical Mango Bubble Frappé & Light Dairy Swirl , but when ordering, I heard that unfortunately I can not order it because it's out of stock , is it a joke ? 3rd Costa this week can't do that. Why You have ad with out of stock item , it's not male sense. btw, someone who told me that he is duty manager was so rude , I think one star is enough for you. * you wrote and inform your customers that the dishwasher did not work. Why You couldn't do same with out of stock items, it would be a good solution, why customers must wait it the queue and after some tike hear that they can't place order cause items which they want are is out of stock ?"

"(Detailed review below) Food Hygiene rating 4/5 (official rating from the FSA) Date of last inspection 22.11.2019 Food/Drinks - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (all areas are accessible) Cost - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ As always, I enjoyed my usual hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. The customer service was good and the shop was clean. Seeing that this shop is situated in Wembley Park, I imagine they would have great outdoor seating during the summer, however inside felt a little close, given that we are in a pandemic. Besides this, I look forward to visiting again when I'm in the area."
