“Great new place just opened. Italian bites & cocktails, cool decor. Pasta was home cooked & tasted great. Long Island ice tea was mixed the way it should be... About time we had a cocktail bar worth visiting.”

“First impressions when walking into this place is that they’ve clearly tried to set themselves apart here in terms of decor. Environment is modern yet also warm with a few individual touches that gives the place personality. We came on a weekday so the bar on the ground floor was pretty empty but can imagine is a good place to have a couple of drinks before headed upstairs to the restaurant. There is a good range of meats and seafood on the menu, and with a good selection on the set menu choices also. Although did enjoy the food nothing really “outstanding”. However, service impeccable and attentive and will come back again. Food 4/5 Value 4/5 Environment 5/5 Service 5/5”

“Yet another top curry here with friends. Tried the balti this time which was very tasty and my friends had the dupiaza and karai, ans were equally as tasty. Great bonus to be able to bring our own drinks, because you know you can bring your favourite drinks, instead of what they used to have on offer. Well done chef great food and service.”

“The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

“Great little place. Have been quite a few times and always great. Breakfast is delicious - not quite 100% on the eggs but that is personal preference. We went with our son recently and they were very accommodating with a high chair. I would recommend caution taking a pram because the place is small and if it is busy - as it often is - it can be awkward managing that BUT it is busy because of how nice it is.”

“Situated opposite the church in the High Street. The venue serves breakfast, lunches and dinner, it also serves cocktails and has a venue at the back you can hire out. On this occasion we went for dinner, We had a bottle of prosseco , my partner had Classic Nachos and I had Mediterranean Halloumi for starters, for main my partner had Steak Fajitas and I had Spicy Fish Pot. The food was excellent as was the service and staff. Well worth a visit it caters for all tastes vegan etc.”

“This is one of the best pizzas I've had in the UK for a long time. Incredible base, toppings fresh and good quality, just perfect. Staff all brill, and the atmosphere is vibrant. Really enjoyable evening and will be returning!”

My vegan plate - mushroom, tomatoes, toast, falafel, hummus, spinach and avocado - was so nutritious and delicious. A lovely spot in Beckenham!”

“Best 'proper' pub in town. The staff are all great, always on it, friendly and welcoming. The pub itself has many superb architectural and decorative features. Food is always top rate, plentiful and good value. Live music regular too. Really warm and lively atmosphere in the evenings.”

“The Sunday roast is fabulous. I had the veggie option and my partner had roast beef. Both were ample portions and very, very tasty. Staff can’t do enough for you and Lauren the manager is so welcoming and makes everyone feel like a regular. It’s a great example of a traditional pub.”

“Wow wow wow there’s nothing bad I can say about this place the food was 5* quality the staff was so attentive and helpful with recommendations of drinks meals ect! The drinks were amazing this is a gem! I recommend you go late evening and then the open up the club part until 2am! You can dance the night away and get drunk straight after you eat full of vibessss! Met so many lovely people whilst dining here and to the waiter that served myself and my partner that overheard we had recently got engaged when we was talking to a Group gave us complimentary drinks!”

“I booked to take our team to Kelsey House bar & Kitchen for our Christmas social. We had the Christmas Buffet menu and it was delicious. I rate the whole experience from booking, ordering, service and food a 5 star. The waitresses were brilliant and friendly and the Christmas buffet menu was a great experience as each person could take what they wanted and every single main and side we chose was really nice. We all enjoyed it very much and we even got crackers on our table to start our social off with a great feel to it. Thank you very much to the whole team at Kelsey House Bar & Kitchen. “We went to the bar to partake in the quiz. The quiz was really fun and there was a really nice buzzy atmosphere. We ordered some halloumi fries and a toasted cheese and ham sandwich and the sandwich was honestly the best I'd ever had! Staff are really friendly and the new plants and candles make it feel extra cozy! Perfect for an autumnal evening with friends. Highly recommended!”

“Went here for my birthday, the atmosphere was quite nice. The drinks were extremely reasonable and at the time we arrived (16:30) it was two for one on cocktails. The staff were extremely friendly, we were served by Gemma (apologies if this is spelt incorrectly). She took the time to accommodate us and even moved our tables as the party next to is were definitely getting their party on! Whilst the food did take a while to come out, it all cam out at the same time and was very good for the price. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options too Gemma was an absolute sweetheart, she brought out the cake at the end of our meal and even offered to take pictures of the event. We were to sure to leave some cake with the staff because they deserved it!”
