“Needed to eat and saw this pub and gave it a try. I ordered the Veggie platter which was excellent. The portion was huge. My husband had a burger and a Guinness. Burgers only come well done but he enjoyed it. Staff were very nice. Helped us find a seat to be comfortable. It’s a cozy pub but a good one.”

“Fabulous Sunday lunch even though 6pm on Mothering Sunday. Everyone so helpful. Great friendly bar and waiting staff. Huge dinner beautifully cooked. Unlimited gravy ( with onions too-perfect) and Yorkshire’s baked as they should be. Couldn’t fault both beef and pork with all the trimmings. Lovely apple pie with double scoops of very good quality ice cream. We were stuffed!! We’ll done the Northcote arms!! We’ll be back for sure!!”

“Came on a Thursday night and it was top draw. Drag bingo going on in the background, which sounded very well received. However I’m here to talk about the food: the pizza was excellent, but the buffalo wings were absolutely superb! Honestly some of the best I’ve had in London - and I know my wings! Bravo”

“I've walked past this pub for ever but have always been in a rush and not had the time for a visit. Tonight we had a bit more discretionary time and decided to see if they had availability, which lucky for us we got the last two seater table. Great atmosphere and good food. Sorry forgot to take any pictures of the food, but the open fireplace is awesome on a chilly evening. Booking essential.”

“Sadly didn’t get any pictures but went to 4 pubs in Blackheath and enjoyed this most. Went with friends? Had a family vibe, good priced and friendly staff. Clean toilets and nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if you want not extortionate prices and a friendly atmosphere! Noticed they do a comedy night Wednesday, might have to pop in!”

“This is our local and is very good. Good ales and stuff. Very nice staff. Make us feel welcome. Facilities are fine and the outdoor space is excellent when the weather is good. All new and clean. The pizza place onsite is fabulous too. Overall a very good option locally... A++++”

“I came here for a funeral function and enjoyed my time here. Staff are very nice, live music, there is a game corner where they have pool tables and a domino table which is an added bonus. Plus a Bingo night I was told happens here Weekly. Played a few games of pool and locals were welcoming. Would definitely come again as I was here for a function.”

“Staff are really friendly and the food is great. Beer garden is excellent in the summer. The location, right by the mill and the river just adds to the quaint vibe. The iconic bridge which is at least 500 years old really adds to the character of Farningham. This pub is amazing for families and we often take our kids who enjoy being outdoors. I highly recommend it.”

“Beautiful pub in lovely Kingston, part of London where you can be very quickly via train back in the centre, on the other hand you are round the corner of Hampton Court, Wimbledon, great location, Buzzing high street, amazing walk along the river. The rooms really well set, clean, comfortable, really surprisingly nice, exceeded my expectation. cozy, great stay. Highly recommend. Really helpful staff, just breakfast might have a better variety of food, I was missing bread and toaster, but it would not put me off, maybe just message for the team )) I had croissant and it also made it ))) THANK YOU!!!”

“Been here before during weekdays but love the service here anyway. Slightly busy during the weekend but everything is perfect with its location distant itself from the busy area. Reserved a table for two and was made to four also corner seats - best for the views for streets as a brasserie. Excellent service and vibes”

“Love this wetherspoon for cheap and cheerful food! The decor is fantastic and the staff are super helpful. It is normally busy but seats do become available quickly. Random but definitely check out the women's toilet! Loads of vegan options. Vegan bao buns were dry but otherwise everything else was very good.”
