I queued for about 40 (I had a wander around the shops) and Kelly was very welcoming. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked. I will definitely be returning and requesting Kelly again.”

I originally booked through Treatwell but when there was a mix up with double bookings I received a text from Parveen within half an hour to reschedule my appointment, which she fit around my schedule by giving me an 8pm appointment on a Friday. I was barely there for 20 minutes and had as pain free experience as a Hollywood can be. Not only was Parveen thorough, I felt completely at ease and we had a really nice chat.
