“I went in to ask them to look at a dermal piercing I had done elsewhere as it was inflamed. The lady advised it would be better to remove it, which she did. She removed the dermal piercing very well with no problems. The studio was very clean and tidy and everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Very professional and would definitely go back in the future and recommend to others.”

Unlike some beauty therapists I have been to in the past, Hannah had me complete some client notes and then asked me some questions about the look I wanted, was this for a special occasion, had I had the treatment done before, did I know what to expect etc. It was so nice to be asked these questions so that Hannah could tailor my treatment especially for me rather than just providing me with a standard set of lashes. Hannah was very friendly and professional, provided me with lots of aftercare tips to make my lashes last longer and I would highly recommend her.”

I joined them last week and was so impressed by both the waitress and the duty manager for the way they engaged with us and looked after us all. “Great M&S food hall location in Colindale. The fruit and veg is extremely fresh and good prices. They have an extensive food range including ready made meals and dinners. There is also a small drinks section which is good. The store is very large with alot of space which makes it easy to navigate. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Smallish but roomy and well run. A small cash bar with sensibly priced drinks, run by two polite young men. White wine, can of fosters, bottle of water and two tubs of ice cream for 11 pounds. The theatre is well laid out and I will definitely be a regular visitor from now on.”
