“Hello, my name is Susan. I attended the Dental Practice last Thursday for the first time. I had an appointment with the Dental Hygienist for a cleaning. A Descaling and Air Flow Polish cleaning. The name of the Hygienist was Hemita and the Nurse Armando. Well, they were both fantastic. Hemita got my teeth 100% clean. It was the best teeth and gum cleaning I have ever got. Not only that, but Hemita throughly explained about gum disease, how to maintain my oral hygiene at home,and advised me on the Dental brushes, and toothbrush that I should also be using. In addition to that she also gave me some free Dental brushes, which were the correct size for my teeth. Normally when I have the descaling with the electric descaler, I find it really terrible, because my teeth are really sensitive. But this time, I didn't feel any sensitivity at all. Because I was nervous, the Nurse Armando said I could hold his hand. Both Hemita and Armando, had a lovely reassuring manner, that made me feel relaxed and calm. Like I said they were both fantastic. The best Dental cleaning ever, both excellent and professionally. I will be going back every 3 months, it is money well spent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Before I finish. I want to say that the Receptionist, her name was Ramona had a lovely manner as well. Extremely helpful and friendly. From my experience this is an excellent Dental Practice.”

“Having had many bad experiences in a dental chair as a child/young man I was very worried about even making an appointment. When I rang to make the appointment the staff were very helpful, efficient and personable, this helped put me at ease. The care I then received was so much better than any other dental experience I'd had. I had to have a filling replaced and a tooth removed as another old filling had come loose and become infected (it was the second molar from the back). I felt next to nothing from the injections and the actual treatment was completely painless. This was yesterday at 4pm, my jaw was a little tender this morning but now I honestly can't feel any pain at all, it is only 24 hours later. I'm a 50 year old who is only now happy to have already booked a check up for 6 months time after going to the dentist just 6 times in the last 32 years.”

“I came to see Dr Kunal to change my filling on my front tooth where I had an accident 10 years ago but the old filling changed colour. I’m also dentist, so it was so important for me to find someone that can change it and match it as much as possible to my other teeth before my wedding. I have followed Dr Kunal for quite some time now as I love his work, and knew after I finished my Invisalign I would only trust him to change my filling. I was not disappointed. “One week ago I noticed how one of my teeth at the back got badly chipped and I was very worried about it. I immediately called the practice and they managed to get me an emergency appointment for few hours later on the same day. Once figured out the issue, 2 days later Dr Sim Mangat and nurse DiPi brilliantly rebuilt the tooth with filling and fixed everything up. They did a miracle really. I am also usually a bit of a nervous patient when it comes to medical checks and needles, but I immediately felt I was in very good hands and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. One week as gone by and my tooth is all ok, no pain, no issues, everything back to normal. I am so grateful!”

“Laser has absolutely changed my life!!! I was terrified before I first started as I wasn’t sure what the results would be, however everyone at este made sure I was comfortable and when I had my test patch I knew there was no going back. The treatments work and the aftercare advice is phenomenal. Noemi is absolutely amazing!!! She is the main aesthetic therapist I have been going to. I am very particular especially when it comes to my face, but Noemi has always ensured whatever treatments she has been using work for my skin. No matter how many clients she has, she always gets to know them and their skin, as she did with mine. I love hydrafacials here but most of all the micro needling. As an Asian woman, I am prone to pigmentation. The micro needling sessions have definitely reduced this and made my skin look healthier than I’ve ever seen it. The thought of starting this definitely worried me, but after one session with Noemi, I knew I was in very good hands.
