"I've been coming here for a few years now and always have a great experience! Tutors are really friendly and the student barbers always try and give you the best experience possible. As a woman it can be a bit intimidating walking into a barbers but I've never been treated differently and feel super comfortable having my hair done here!"

"I will say that mainly, this is a very, very good service, especially for students and young people in an expensive city, who may not necessarily be able to afford a reasonably decent haircut! The barber, an American student, did a very good job and the manager, who checked his work, touched it up well. The only reason I've bumped this down from 4.5-5/5 to 4/5 is that I purchased a haircut, which was, by the conditions, to include a shampoo and I was not offered one; I think folks were in a rush to go on lunch, which is fine - but I'd love a shampoo done next time please (just booked another one - would appreciate the owner reaching out), cheers!"

"Can be quite hit or miss depending on who you get and who is the educator supervising them. If you want a basic cut then you'll probably be OK. Cuts are free, but subject to availability even if you do book them, not sure if it's worth paying for a confirmed appointment, as you get the same service. Best to wash hair before you go, and don't apply product. Always worth repeating what you want done as they often forget."
