"I can’t comprehend how this practice managed to get such good reviews. This is quite suspicious. This is probably the worst and dodgiest practice I have ever been to. After being misled by the number of good reviews, I decided to give it a go. Here are the problems I encountered: 1- The dentist conducted a check up and found imaginary issues that were proven to be wrong by two other dentists from 2 reputable practices. They find problems that don’t exist to make you pay more. 2-The receptionist tried to forced me to sign an agreement and payment of an hygiene treatment that I had already paid for. 3- The receptionist refused to give me a breakdown of the suggested treatment plan as normal practices would usually do. This goes back to point number 1. They make up problems that don’t exist and make sure they don’t provide explanation in writing so they are not held accountable by other professionals. 4-The reception staff refers customers to the website to get an idea of the fees but then asks for more even for standard routine check ups . If you care about your own health and not being ripped off, stay away."

"Hello, my name is Susan. I attended the Dental Practice last Thursday for the first time. I had an appointment with the Dental Hygienist for a cleaning. A Descaling and Air Flow Polish cleaning. The name of the Hygienist was Hemita and the Nurse Armando. Well, they were both fantastic. Hemita got my teeth 100% clean. It was the best teeth and gum cleaning I have ever got. Not only that, but Hemita throughly explained about gum disease, how to maintain my oral hygiene at home,and advised me on the Dental brushes, and toothbrush that I should also be using. In addition to that she also gave me some free Dental brushes, which were the correct size for my teeth. Normally when I have the descaling with the electric descaler, I find it really terrible, because my teeth are really sensitive. But this time, I didn't feel any sensitivity at all. Because I was nervous, the Nurse Armando said I could hold his hand. Both Hemita and Armando, had a lovely reassuring manner, that made me feel relaxed and calm. Like I said they were both fantastic. The best Dental cleaning ever, both excellent and professionally. I will be going back every 3 months, it is money well spent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Before I finish. I want to say that the Receptionist, her name was Ramona had a lovely manner as well. Extremely helpful and friendly. From my experience this is an excellent Dental Practice."

"I went here for Invisalign and nine months later am very happy with the results. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I want to particularly commend Dr Akhil Patel who was really friendly and just a lovely dentist. He has a warm and friendly manner that really stands out compared to other dentists I have been to in the past. Obivously invisalign is the sort of thing you only do once so I can't really compare the process specifically, but if you value friendly and easy dentists to go to I don't think you could go anywhere better than Dental Smiles."

"Before I started coming to this Dentist I was petrified of the Dentist and dreaded going. I started coming here and I've had 1 check-up, 4 fillings replaced, a trip to the hygienist and also purchased the at home teeth whitening set. I have had a great experience every time. All the staff here are so friendly and easy to talk to. That includes the receptionists, dentist, dental nurses and dental hygienist. I find them very attentive and provide great advice!"
