“Haven't met any of the tattooists, but I can't say enough good things about Rhianna and Elin, the piercing team. I've had 9 piercings with them so far and more planned. They always provide a 5 star service: friendly, helpful, happy to answer questions and talk everything through. Never rush or push you if you're unsure. After care service for 2 which swelled more than usual was amazing (and free!). Nothing is too much trouble for them. I've been to piercing places who clearly don't have your best interests at heart, but I believe they definitely do. Piercings can go badly wrong so it is absolutely worth paying for the best possible service. Goes without saying everything is super clean and hygienic. The reception staff are all really nice and helpful as well, even when it's really busy.”

“An informative and enjoyable museum full of London’s rich history of transportation. It took a little over an hour to go through everything and it was great. They have some actual historical vehicles in the museum and you really gain an appreciation for the evolution of how we got to where we are today. The staff was also great, with the lady making sure we only bought the cheaper ticket relevant to tourists.”

“I booked two tickets to a show and booked the wrong date. I emailed in asking if I could change the date and they said I’d have to buy new tickets and the old ones would be refunded. So I purchased new tickets, replied to them with the new booking reference and within an hour the refund had been authorised on PayPal. All of this was sorted within a couple of ours, Amy (Theatre Customer Service Senior Agent) was very responsive and helped me promptly. From my experience, I would personally recommend. “Very charming Italian restaurant, the atmosphere of the restaurant was also lovely, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. As a truffle head I had to go for the truffle pizza and pasta which were both very good. The truffle pasta was rich and flavorful, and the pizza was also top-notch, with a crispy crust and fresh ingredients. Make sure you have room for dessert, some may say it's too sweet but if you have a big sweet tooth like me you will love their lemon meringue pie. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine.”

“We were really impressed with the service. We needed to ship a couple of boxes to the US and the staff were knowledgable and helpful. The process was really smooth and our packages arrived earlier than we thought they would. The prices are fair when compared to other international shippers. “Truly a step back in time. The Junior suite was large and appointed with antique furniture and paintings, and a very comfortable bed. The whole place gives the sense of living in an English country House in a quiet spot in Soho, just a half block away from all the action.”

“First of all, what a fantastic name for a cafe this place has. We were actually heading somewhere else for lunch when we passed by and loved the name enough to break our plans and eat here. We enjoyed a chai latte and one of their hot chocolates (we had salted caramel). Both were delicious and well made. We also tried two different toasties from their menu. The bread was delicious and perfectly toasted. The sandwiches were very much worth the change in our plans. We would visit again. Edit: we returned and tried additional menu items. They met the expectation set by our first visit. Friendly staff, too.”

“What a cinema! I love film and always want to see my favourite classics on the big screen. Prince Charles cinema is a cracking independent cinema with great attention to detail from the classic red velvet seats and walls to the film announcement at the beginning of your movie. Recently I saw Pulp fiction, something worth seeing on the large screen as the soundtrack fills the room. You can see many cult films here too, Tommy wiseau's The Room is definitely not something you want to miss! It's so reasonably priced, especially if you become a member and the food and drinks don't cost the earth. The cinema draws in a good audience and when full creates a fantastic environment!”

“During our relocation back to the UK, we stayed at Lion Gate Mews for 2 months. Was meant to just be for a month, but we ended up extending for an extra month due to some personal circumstances. I really can't remember how I stumbled on this gem of a serviced apartment, but we were looking for a self catering apartment where we could cook since we had to go into quarantine upon arrival. Upon arrival, Mark arranged everything we needed and upgraded our room to the next category as he knew we had to quarantine and the room we booked might have been small. Everything from service, to the cooking utensils, to the washing machine (downstairs) to all the gadgets was in perfect working condition. The rooms were very spacious with nice beddings and bath amenities. Cleaning was done once a week and oh my ..you can't go wrong with the location. The location of this place is Spot on.. Right by the the entrance of Bushy Park & Hampton Court Palace and 5 minute bus to Kingston High Street, you really cannot go wrong.. A BIG thanks to Mark and his team for making us feel at home during the last few weeks and we will be sure to refer all our friends who visit London looking for a perfect serviced apartment close to Hampton Court Palace.”

“Perfect place to come with friends! Everything was family style so you get to try a little bit of everything. Food was really delicious and so were the drinks. The wait can be long so be prepared to wait in line for about 30 min during dinner time. 10/10 would recommend!”
