“I cannot speak too highly of Swimming Lessons London’s teaching techniques and teacher Theo in particular. I was past retirement age when I decided that I must overcome my long held fear of the water, and it was only a matter of a few lessons with Theo before I began to gain confidence. Theo was incredibly patient, helpful and encouraging and systematically worked on improving my capability, technique and stamina. It all goes to show that it’s never too late to start, no matter how old you are. Highly recommended for everyone.”

“Convenient location to hop on to the cable car to O2 arena at North Greenwich. The cable car station which used to called Emirates is now called IPS Cloud. It is a few minutes walk from Royal Victoria DLR station. Nearby restaurants and cafes. Open water swimming is possible near the cable car station only.”

“We had an amazing sleepover last night at jump in Enfield! Sam and Paige were fantastic hosts and the 30 children we took for a sleepover could not have had a more amazing time! “Well placed hotel, we didn't stay in the apartments. Lots of parking - discounted rate if ur staying here. V friendly staff. Choice of eateries and food mainly good. Breakfast choice is exceptional!”

“Attended a child's birthday party event here. Was thoroughly impressed with the swimming pool, good size, clean, warm temperature, lots of floats and things for the kids to play with, excellent safety and a nice little room on the side where they cut the cake and had a little party. Overall really impressed. Oh and the grounds for the school are lovely too! Easy parking available as well.”

“Fairly Cheap prices, great for a fun family swim for all the family. Not too busy which makes more room to swim. They get the floats and the airballs out for an hour which encourages everyone to get down to the local pool and just have loads of fun! Thoroughly enjoyed my day and the kids were knackered.”

“Perfect for a good night’s sleep if you’re arriving late or have a layover. Easily accessible from T5 via bus 423 which costs £1.60. You pay the bus by tapping your contactless card on the reader when you enter. The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Rooms were like every other Premier Inn. Sure, it may look a bit outdated but it’s safe, clean and does the job. I also felt safe as a female traveller, as you need to swipe your card at checkpoints to access various areas and a door chain is present by the room door. Additionally there’s a McDonald’s right next to the hotel, great for a cheap breakfast.”

“I attended the Les Mills Launch last weekend. The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors Tara, Lidiya, Dan and the rest of the crew was amazing. so lucky to have such fantastic instructors and I look forward to continuing on my fitness path with them and trying out some of the new classes. The club has undergone a refurbishment recently and new equipment is being added. Great gym, terrific instructors and really helpful gym and reception staff”

“I've been going to the gym for a couple of months now and can't recommend it highly enough. As a previously active, though gym averse individual, I was initially drawn to the gym by the excellent swim classes provided by Mark at Learn to Swim Limited. I have since taken out a monthly membership to take advantage of the rest of the gym and am enjoying the lovely spacious atmosphere, the friendly staff and the incredible range of equipment available, providing endless ways to shape your training routine. “A short (5m approximately) indoor swimming pool for hotel guests only. It was spotlessly clean with easy access to changing rooms, steam room, sauna, drinks fountain and sun loungers running along the pool edge”

“Great gym with a superb range of equipment. Special mention to Alex Graham-Buck who is the kindest and warmest personal trainer I ever met. If you are into HIIT, calisthenics or bodyweight training he is your man! The pool, sauna and steam offering is unique and worth every single penny.”

“Attended the first day. The kids loved it as there were unexpected and different activities when compared to similar places. The ball pits is deep, any kids can swim. It is a bonus that it is brand new and therefore super duper clean. The cleanest place. The kids were very happy. It is easy to get too. Just be warned that you have only 2 hours of parking! 60minutes is long enough. Also, you have to rent a locker. See photo for prices. Thumbs up if the info okay. The lady at reception was polite and she had amazing nails! Well done.”

“Really entertaining inflatable course with wipe out and a small climbing area and a soft football area too. An hour here is enough in my opinion, there are also lots of slushie machines and a few arcade games too”

“Cons: bad mobile reception once you are in. Layout is a bit of a mess.. you almost need a Thorpe park style map to help you navigate around. No steam room, shower gels / conditioner. I guess it’s a better gym so shouldn’t expect it.. All that said, still a 5 star review… why. Pros: has lots of varied equipment. Swimming pool is large. Reasonably priced.”
