Penge Food Centre
● Open“The sign is a bit hilarious since half of the letters are missing, but it's not important. This place has everything you need. I really like shopping here because it's a small store and has so much stuff. I would not go to Sainsbury's nearby. It's easier to find something in a small store than a large store. And not very expensive. And thank you so much for including Macedonian ajvar in your shop! I'll keep on coming here!”

Mill & Way
● Closed“I highly recommend Mill & Way for all jewelry needs. I’ve bought almost all my new jewelry in recent years from Mill & Way and also had a many family pieces restored, upgraded or turned into something new. I first worked with Abi to fix a 120 year old family ring that had been damaged and had a missing gemstone. All other jewelers I had approached refused the job because they said any repair was likely to damage the structure of the ring. Abi knew exactly how to work with this type of antique piece and restored it using the original techniques that had been used to make the ring in the first place. The ring was so beautiful it literally brought tears to my mother’s eyes. Abi is amazing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and is able to source beautiful high quality gemstones to fit any project / vision / idea. A true artist who always makes creative and smart recommendations. I always look forward to seeing her and visiting her unique space on Eel Pie Island. It’s incredibly unique and beautiful.”

Le Délice
● Open“I ignored some of the reviews on here and went anyway, glad I did as I had a nice experience. Ordered the breakfast tagine, one pot egg/pepper, and french toast. Food was all great and served in good time. Prices were also decent and not over the top. There’s a nice calm atmosphere in the place. Some of the tables/chairs could do with changing as they were a bit ugly. Teas and coffees aren’t served hot, they’re sort of warm and they go cold fast. Other than that all was good and I would happily visit again. Their pastries look fantastic so I may try them next time.”

Morrisons Cafe
● ClosedAscot Road, Watford WD18 8AA, United Kingdom“Five Stars are for customer service, staff are brilliant, sadly the food not so, but when I spoke to a lady (who seemed to be running the cafe on her own) She refunded my bill without any hesitation. (She assured me she was not working alone, as I was concerned she was using a crutch, whilst multi-tasking across all areas of the restaurant) Morrisons you need to take better care of your staff! You talk the talk, but you seem unaware or disinterested in the way your staff are expected to work.”

The Restaurant Hub, Sydenham
● OpenSouthend Lane, London SE26 4PU, United Kingdom“I used to be a regular visitor at the sainsburys cafe, whilst studying it was a shame it closed down, staff was always friendly and very helpful. I cannot believe how much nicer this new Restaurant Hub is! It’s been open for a week now and visiting there on Friday was such a Memorable Experience. I am visually impaired and suffer with anxiety at times, but this new hub is so well thought together, with bright colours a really chilled atmosphere and a Great selection of food from Breakfasts to lunches hot drinks to shakes. My Server Valentine went out and above his way to assist me and when asked How he likes working for the hub, there was a genuine happy feeling and a huge smile. For this reason I will return because the staff are definitely a happy and professional team. Well Done to the manager for his strong and selective workforce, and also for his regular appearance on the restaurant floor, greeting and talking to customers like me and getting hands on just like his strong staff members. This will now be my Go to, Congratulations on your opening Xx”

The Ol' West Grill & Diner (Woking branch)
● Open“Amazing concept, great delicious food and the most attentive service that I have experienced at any restaurant. This about sums it up for me. This is a great & welcome addition to Cranleigh. We visited last night (Monday night). It was their first day after their busy weekend. We wanted to wait a couple of days until after the initial rush of people excited to try it out. They were quite busy for a Monday night and I saw the manager (whom I later found out was actually the owner covering for the manageress who was off sick) chatting with a couple of tables who had visited on the 1st or 2nd day. So clearly they are already having repeat customers which is always a great sign for a new restaurant. The table next to us was telling him how much they enjoyed the food, that they will be regularly coming back. I had the Chicken Fajitas it was perfect. The portion is huge and comes with a good amount of chips, coleslaw and a small side salad. Most other restaurants charge you extra for the coleslaw or salad. But here you get both for free with the dish. I've been to restaurants where you order a burger and it comes by itself on a plate with a side of chips. My friend had their burger, it came with 2 succulent Wagyu beef patties and it came with onion rings, salad and coleslaw. Again this was delicious. My other friend had the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. She said it was the best she's ever had. I can see some people have been complaining and moaning about the time it takes to get the food. Our starters (buffalo wings, cheese nachos and Halloumi fries) came within 12 minutes of us ordering them and they were all great. But we didn't have to to wait to start enjoying the food as when they give you the drinks, they bring out a sharing bowl of corn chips with delicious Salsa for you to enjoy while you wait for the food. And it's free. I think that's a great touch. In today's day and age, nobody gives you anything for free! Our mains came 15 minutes after we first got the starters which is good timing. I guess it would take longer for bigger tables which is understandable. The table next to us was a group of 7 adults and a little girl, with a really horrible lady. They got their drinks immediately after ordering and said they wanted to order the food after getting the drinks. Before even ordering, the lady asked the owner how long it would take for the food, he said it would be 25 to 30 minutes for the mains as it's a group of 8. The lady started complaining that this is not acceptable and that the child was hungry. It was shocking that the lady was complaining before she has even ordered! And the owner told her he would expedite the child meal before the adults. He said he'd rather be honest than lie and say 15 minutes when it would take longer. Another lady in the group said they would have to think about it and they were most likely going to leave without ordering and asked for a few minutes to discuss it. I could tell it was tense, but the owner was polite and told them it would be a shame for them to leave but if they decided to leave it would be fine. I couldn't believe what happened next. The owner went into the kitchen and came out 5 minutes later with a plate of chicken tenders, onions rings, chips and a salad and gave it to the mother of the little girl and said that he made it quickly for the little girl as she was hungry and that it was complimentary whether the group decides to stay for dinner or leave. He said he didn't want the little girl to leave hungry because he has daughters himself. The mother of the girl was appreciative and they eventually stayed for dinner. Honestly, I have not seen this level of service, and that in spite of the lady being extremely rude to the owner. He even brough a free slice of chocolate cake for the little girl. If I was in his shoes, i would just have let them leave!! Prices are not expensive as others have said and the value for money is much better than other places such as Richard Onslow. We would definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.”
