"Using this shop often for my “wish” shop pick up. The staff is always friendly and I was even witness of some other rude costumer, but the Food&Wine employee kept his professionalism...told him that they did amazing in this situations and de-escalate it quickly and the costumer left. Buying also t he little things “I’ve forgotten” elsewhere..... Open the entire day...good place to go! Thank you so much"
"I went to this shop to pick up some parcels. The man I spoke to was not very hospitable, he scanned my code. I had 9packets to pick up. He gave me one parcel, I said I should have 9. He said there all in that one. I opened it while in the shop. There was only 7 packets in there. I gave him another code to scan. He said he couldn't find it. I asked him to write me a receipt saying I picked up 7 packets. He said that he wouldn't do that. I said I need something to show that I picked up 7 and not 9.. I asked a few times, but he wouldn't do it. I was Not very happy"
