When he installed the cat flap he cored a hole through the wall from the outside, which was a very neat and tidy way of doing the work and left no damage to the external brickwork. “I always judge a company by the way they deal with things when something goes wrong and this company is right up there with the best. I ordered some flee treatment for my dog and, although I got a confirmation email, was surprised that the order had not been sent after a week. I contacted them and, within hours, had a reply informing me that they had a glitch with their IT system and promised to deal with it immediately, which they did, and I got my delivery exactly when they told me I would. Other companies should learn from this fine example. Will have no hesitation in using them again.”

“I was in store during the day of the mask situation stated below and I can say the lady was opening multiple packs of masks so she was politely asked not to open them all and to only open one pack before paying, she then become majorly aggressive towards several members of staff that the staff member serving me behind the till pressed their emergency response button to get the police to the shop, the lady was nearly arrested as she was threatening staff and other customers!! However the store in general was clean tidy & the staff that were in were very friendly!”

“Staff are helpful and polite; huge range of food (although cannot get 1l bottles of soy sauce here) and you can bring your soft plastic to be recycled. Only downside is the bicycle parking: round the side of the shop which leaves bicycled vulnerable to thieves”

“Great little place. The site is small and busy but the staff are delightful. Always make me feel at ease. They give great advice and are caring whist still being professional. Due to the number of people that use the store and the limited staff numbers, there's sometimes a queue, but this is the only negative comment I can make. I've now made this my regular pharmacy due to the service from the staff I've interacted with. It's a shame all the other Boots stores don't have staff like this one. Well done”
