"Rude arrogant staff, gave them three chances, First, door was closed so went to the window, disrespectful Indian guy who couldn't be bothered to look for anything just said they were out of stock, I asked for some crisps he said they didn't have any.... tbh just looked like he was put out to be at work in general, lazy. Second time went in to buy some cigarettes, marlboro touch, guy gets them out of the draw in front of me but when he scanned them they didn't come up on the system so he wouldn't sell them to me, ridiculous, again felt like I was a hassle to him. Third time today, walked in picked up one item and went to counter, two women there, one looked at me and just carried on stocking the cafe the other lady again didn't even acknowledge my existence, after a few minutes one of them strolls over moody as possible again looking at me like I was just a hassle to deal with. Your staff need a lesson in manners, I won't be coming back, I'll go down the road to the morrisons garage where prices are better and staff smile when I walk in and treat me with respect. You should be ashamed of this branch it is literally filled with lazy arrogant staff, I suggest a visit from head office, you can see for yourself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
