“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“We took our Labradoodle, Pippa in after a quick phone consultation. We have use the same groomers in West Wickham and Beckingham since Pip was a puppy but due to a poor experience chose to try an alternative. We chose Trimdogs as so many local owners spoke so positively about their experiences. Obviously nervouse to use a new groomer but on meeting the staff I was instantly assured that Pip would be well cared for, they came across very friendly and down to earth. On further discussion it was clear that they were knowledgeable and experienced and caring - they don't harness the dogs during their cut and choose to let them 'just be' on the table. I thought this was bonkers and worried how Pip would behave but this approach clearly had a good effect. When we collected Pip she was happy, settled and equally please to see us (although clearly had bonded with her groomer and didnt know who she wanted to be petted by). The cut had surpassed out expectations, there really is a benefit to tring a different groomer - although I can see us sticking with Trimdogs for quite some time. Even if you have been with the same groomer for some time - give Trimdogs a try, even if its just to see the shop - its bonkers, they have a fake garden wall as a counter and a back garden gate for the gods to walk though - very nice attention to detale.”

“I've not been to this shop before. But for all your pet needs, it's worth going to. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I should point out that it is a bit expensive depending on what you are getting. You may also be interested to know, they also have a vet as well.”

“We use the Daylight’s function room every week for a business networking meeting. The staff are helpful and welcoming. As we are there it would be rude not to stop for the occasional working lunch, and I have to say I haven’t been disappointed. “Joe and Ann where brilliant every time they where on shift so polite and got everything we ordered to the t the other people where clueless to what they actually had to do no offence the dude that thought he was a big man was to rude and arrogant and so far up his a…. “I have used Sarah four times now since we got our rescue chow chow Beau ! When we got him he was in a terrible state ! His fur was so knotted and he was so dirty , we were worried about getting him groomed as he was frightened and poorly , we were recommended to Sarah and omg we could not of chose anyone better and will never go anywhere else , she was so gentle and patient and got every knot out that was pulling on him , she wanted to build his confidence and protect his fur and that she certainly has ! She is amazing and can’t thank her enough ! Beaus cut today is just stunning and he looks very happy ! Just amazing person !”

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“Being a Superstore rather than a Tesco Extra, this store is lacking the extensive homewares and electronics sections of larger outlets, and the small area allocated to clothes is a little underwhelming, but otherwise this is a good sized supermarket offering pretty much everything you need for a regular grocery shop. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of Scan As You Shop devices, a cafe and loads of parking.”
