"Honestly, Martine was great. Her way of being with my cat was professional, and treated him in just the right way. The issue he was having was solved, and it only took a few minutes to groom him where needed. She knew how to be with him, and had great compassion and experience with animals. She has a sweet, caring and light energy, I'd definitely recommend."

"If you love your pet please avoid this business. Groomer like that should not run business. My cat end up in the vet after grooming and not nice mystery - Apparently did not happen in the salon. My vet told me that the cut is from clippers. End up paying over £170. My poor little cat couldn’t properly walk over two weeks. My cat was terrified to death on the collection . My advice to all pet owners - make sure that you checked the groomer license ,insurance etc. This is was one of the worse experience ever."

"Someone in the park recommended Happy Pets to me and I'm glad they did. With Martine, you get a professional service for a very reasonable price. But above all, my dog now loves getting groomed, she sits by the door ready to go when you mention Martine's name, and she is always playing happily in the garden or the rest of the house when I pick her up. Martine clearly loves animals and always takes her time - with her it's not a job, not even a hobby, it's a passion, and I cannot recommend Martine highly enough! Happy Pets gets 5 stars out of 5!"
