“As a new dog mum I felt very welcome and reassured when visiting the Sidcup vets. All staff were incredibly friendly and thorough with providing information about the next steps. “Liz came for a meet and greet with us with and we went through all of our worries and needs (hes  a puppy with poodle in him so tends to get over excited and bark!) As we work full time and have  family helping us day to day Liz has had to  meet us all. Jasper adores his time with Liz twice a week on walks. Liz has been amazing and given some great advice, she always updates me on how his walk has been and often there's a photo to go along with it. I'm so pleased with how its going with his walks and in time when he's ready hope for him to join up with another dog or even group walk. Liz is kind, professional and has settled my mind that Jasper is safe and happy with her... he is already waiting at the door when she picks him up.  As we are going through training with our pup it was great to know I can let Liz know anything new and she will continue to use those words etc for training causing less confusion for him. Jasper is a super happy pup with his new found friend in Liz.”

She’s very professional - lets me know when she has collected him and dropped him back home and also sends pictures of his adventures so I know exactly where and how he’s been each day. He came home chilled and has shown no stiffness in his legs as with previous grooming, he has hip issue. Excellent care given and we now have our handsome golden boy back. “I had my cat, Charlie, registered at Aspen Vets (Abbey Wood branch) for 4 years. He was an aggressive little thing and didn't respond well to most of the staff. For some reason, Rai always managed to handle him well and with no nonsense. He was gentle but firm with Charlie. Rai is based at the Sidcup branch the majority of the time so I went the extra 10 minutes in the car to make sure Charlie was seen by him. I had Charlie put to sleep yesterday, which was very upsetting but Rai outlined every step he was going to take and even every step he might have to take if the first ones didn't work (i.e, if he couldn't find the kidneys, or he couldn't get a vein for the needle). He was extremely empathetic and so very kind to my boyfriend and I - we were obviously in tears and struggling. He was fine with us staying with Charlie through the euthanasia and even checked to see if we'd experienced it before as it's obviously traumatic. I would highly recommend Aspen Vets. Don't be afraid to request a particular vet if your pet responds well to that person; after all, your pet needs to be at ease as much as possible.”

“Collected my dog yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the care he received and the service I had from the staff! All the girls were lovely and answered any questions I had! They even let him take home a toy they gave him during his stay that he fell in love with! Will be defo be returning.”

“Great local vet. My wife popped in to pick up monthly medication and ask the reception about a last minute appointment for our dog. The reception got us an appointment the same day and got our dog checked out. The vet was also extremely nice. Couldn’t recommend park vets highly enough.”

“Being a Superstore rather than a Tesco Extra, this store is lacking the extensive homewares and electronics sections of larger outlets, and the small area allocated to clothes is a little underwhelming, but otherwise this is a good sized supermarket offering pretty much everything you need for a regular grocery shop. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of Scan As You Shop devices, a cafe and loads of parking.”

“Always a nice experience staying here; the reception staff were very polite, attentive and professional. Rooms were in clean condition and had everything you needed. There was the option to have breakfast which I didn’t opt in for; the paid Wi-Fi was brilliant as well, overall would recommend this hotel as you’re definitely getting value for money.”

“Ruby has been walking my dog now for over a year and is absolutely fantastic! I work long hours in the city so I havent had the time to walk him this last year or so during the week, she comes in everyday and takes him out for over an hour and by the time I get home he’s always calm and happy. Im delighted with the service!”
