"DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS! I was registered with these vets and my cat was having problems going to the toilet called them as they were my vets and was told to go to another vets as they are too busy and that the issue could be a blocked bladder which is an emergency but again they are too busy! How can they turn an animal in a emergency situation away?! I called another vets who see my cat straight away even though I was not registered with them and confirmed that the issue was an emergency and that my cat should not have been turned away. Needless to say I never and will never go back to this vets again and I warn anyone else who is considering them to steer clear of them if you want your animals to remain alive! Disgusting!!"
