“Shopped in Richmond Pets Corner yesterday and had excellent customer service (as usual). The phrase goes ‘the customer is always right’ and I can tell you that certainly is not the case after what I witnessed. Unfortunately I was in the shop at the same time the poor workers had to deal with a very rude customer. I had a feeling she would write a bad review as she clearly didn’t get her way. People tend to go out of their way to write a bad one if any, so I thought I’d come to write a good, honest one. Despite talking to a particular girl with utter rudeness and degrading her publicly, the worker remained calm, polite and completely professional. No one should have to deal with abuse like that when they are just trying to do their job. I don’t think I could have remained so calm and still be willing to help the customer and resolve her issue. It sounds like that customer won’t be shopping there again and I’m pleased about that for the sake of the lovely staff in there. Keep doing the great job you always do and don’t let these petty people upset you. You certainly have a lifelong customer here.”

They are super hard working, very professional and always take such great care of my dog every time we go. I haven't had the best experience with dog groomer's in the past so finding this team has been a God send! Unfortunately I don't know the other gentleman's name but he cut my dog's hair the last few times and he is insanely talented! BEST DOG GROOMER'S IN TOWN!!! Literally the only place I will ever go to get my dogs hair cut. Thanks a million to Robbie and the team.”

Jo helped me by visiting my flat while I was away long-term, being a trusted key-holder and being available to let service providers into the property. My flat was in great hands. I had regular video updates of the property during the visits and felt very reassured by Jo's presence. I would hurry to use her key-holding service in Richmond upon Thames again.”

“Lovely weekend lunch! The menu isn't extensive but there is enough choice and nobody felt they had to compromise. The kids menu was very good, plenty of options to cater for simpler and more adventurous tastes. The triple cooked chips, these days almost a pub cliché, are worthy of a special mention! Clean plates all around. What more can you ask for?”
