“This was the first time I had used Now Boarding and certainly won't be the last. Both Kate and Geoff are very friendly and care about you and your pets. The fact that Kate is a trained veterinary was very beneficial. My bunny is a house rabbit and I knew she would be ok in their heated hotel, plenty of room in her hut with a potty too. They listen to your habits you have and keep them going while your bunny stays with them. I even loved that when I messaged to ask if she was ok they were very informative with their response which put my mind at ease that she was settled ok. Thanks again for looking after my baby.”

“On Sunday my girl Nancy went into labour. This was the 1st time I’ve ever done anything like this and didn’t really know what to expect or how long Nancy would be ok for. I called and spoke to a man called Scott who went through absolutely everything with me and what I should I expect and left it down to me when or if I should I bring her in. Scott also went over the emer hour costs on the phone, so when I did bring her in there would be no surprises. the parking wasn’t bad as it was 12am so I parked infront of next doors shop. I was greeted by Scott and the vet (I think her name was mirela) who put me at ease, made fuss of Nancy to keep her calm, they both went over what would happen from now and what roles the team have in the surgery room. When they took Nancy into the back as they was getting the room ready (I guess) I could see through the door they let her wander around with them again all making a fuss of her to keep her calm. It was the little things like seeing that which made me feel calm as I was getting upset in reception as I could see they constantly was looking out for her even before surgery. Surgery went really good after Scott came out to tell me about the puppies and then got them ready and filled the hot water bottle up (again I’ve heard some vets don’t even do that for you) whilst the vet went over all the important after details. Since her op I’ve had a couple of questions and the reception team are always so friendly! Honestly I would recommended this vet practice especially this 3 man team. Honestly it’s the little things that count. They were honestly amazing! Thank you again team!!”

“Took Tessie our poodle to be groomed for the second time to Ling and she has come back looking beautiful. He does an excellent job and really cares for the dogs.”

“Premier Inn Rainham, London (Weds 21st Sept 22) Whilst the hotel is slightly older and the rooms a little tired (old style Premier Inn) the service was excellent....Mikala on front desk very helpful and efficient. The Table Table (restaurant and bar) very good.....terrific service from staff for breakfast, clean and tidy (quick too). Thanks Julian”

“We left our Staffy Ruby with John on the 15th of October until the 17th, I love that John was keen to meet her before we left her and that we had to show her vaccinations were all upto date, this showed us how responsible and professional he was. We received daily updates from him which also put our minds at ease. Ruby was playing and living her best life in her short stay. I will have no hesitation in leaving our little girl with him again and she will have her 2nd stay with John when we go away over the Christmas period.”

“I recently visited Day Lewis pharmacy. I was helped by a young lady. I think her name badge said Kelsey. She was very professional, polite and helpful. She seemed very knowledgeable for her age and helped me find the products I needed. She was quick and efficient. Fantastic customer service today.”

“My cat had a lovely three week stay here. They sent me videos of her which thoroughly reassured me she was well. My cat came home healthy and her usual cheeky self. I highly recommend Debbie and her lovely team.”

“The staff here are so amazing I had to give them a good review. I work for a small mammals vet practice so reptiles are not our speciality. Two terrapins were dumped at our practice and we had no facilities to care for them. We needed to urgently find them a safe place to stay. We called a few places with no success, but then we called these guys and they were more than happy to help. When I got to the shop it was packed. They're clearly a very busy place but they still found the time to help rescue some strays in need. I spoke to some customers while I was there and they spoke very highly of the staff that worked there and I can see why.”

“Really lovely hotel, secluded away from a lot of the hustle and bustle. One minor thing was that the double bed in our room was actually two single mattresses together and we weren't made aware of this at any time.”

“Have been using this pharmacy for nearly 20 years now and have always found them to go above and beyond in what they do to help. Once, I was running late and a staff member waited outside in the rain after closing time to give me my medication. Another time, the pharmacist quite likely saved my life after examining a small red patch that came up after a biopsy and recommending that I go to the walk-in centre. It turned out to be the very early stages of a nasty infection. The walk-in clinic gave me a letter for A&E to bypass triage, and I ended up being kept in for three nights on IV antibiotics. If I hadn't seen the pharmacist, I would probably have left it as it was only a small, slightly warm red mark.”
