"This pharmacy never opens on time you will be waiting more than 15min outside even though they are meant to be open at 9AM. They make people wait outside in the freezing cold and their staff arrives late mostly too!"

"I have been using this pharmacy for the past 3 years, some staff are friendly while others find it hard to even just crack a smile. Anyway. For the past couple of weeks, a new person has come on the till and has told me on 2 occasions my child’s prescription has not been sent over by the Dr and was absolutely adamant. Only after requesting to double check, she found it. She didn’t even bother apologising. It doesn’t cost anything or do any harm in accepting your mistake and apologising for it."

"Poor time keeping often close early for lunch and late back . Not a professional approach to business or customer care."

"Have been using this pharmacy for the 5 years or so and have recently been having issues. My prescription gets automatically sent to the pharmacy, and all they have to do is get it ready. On several occasions, my medication have come back wrong, or prescription incomplete. My baby was also given medication which had already expired. I took it back once I realised, and the pharmacist was rude. She argued that the medicine was not from their pharmacy. Once I showed her the label, all she said was 'sorry' and started to teach me how expiry date doesn't necessarily mean that it's not edible. I have since stopped using this pharmacy."

"Have been using this pharmacy for nearly 20 years now and have always found them to go above and beyond in what they do to help. Once, I was running late and a staff member waited outside in the rain after closing time to give me my medication. Another time, the pharmacist quite likely saved my life after examining a small red patch that came up after a biopsy and recommending that I go to the walk-in centre. It turned out to be the very early stages of a nasty infection. The walk-in clinic gave me a letter for A&E to bypass triage, and I ended up being kept in for three nights on IV antibiotics. If I hadn't seen the pharmacist, I would probably have left it as it was only a small, slightly warm red mark."
