“This review is for dog boarding not grooming as I don't have a dog that needs grooming so I have only used Dollys for boarding but they are absolutely brilliant. Amanda was quick to respond to my enquiry, very friendly and made a huge effort to accommodate my dog at very short notice. Her staff are lovely, very caring and knowledgeable about dogs of all breeds. Mine is an 8 year old flat coated retriever and I could tell, when I picked him up that he'd been very happy there despite never having boarded there before. Dollys is very professional. There is comprehensive paperwork to fill out beforehand which instils great confidence as then you know they have all the information they need about your dog to give him the best possible care. Dollys compares very highly with other dog boarding services I've used in the past and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.”

Andy in the team was amazing always explaining the situation and treatment options and doing his very best. Nothing better than knowing that your dog is in great hands and is having a fabulous time whilst you are at work. He comes home happy and is very well socialized. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve slept in some places that I would happily like to forget, this place wasn’t one of them. Easy parking, fast check in, amazing smell walking down the halls, room clean with kettle and coffee, bed so comfortable, allowed dogs which is a bonus with doing dog shows, park for the kids, lovely walk for the dogs around the back of the building with poo bins, will definitely book this place again, all staff were lovely even at my 4am walk with the dog. Lots of food places to choose from right outside the hotel door, didn’t hear any traffic with window closed, room was lovely and cool, I’d give the place 10 stars if I could”

“Room is newly refurbished and sparkling clean! Had a great stay here. The receptionist Kelly was very friendly and helpful however her manager (a guy with Indian accent, couldn’t catch his name) was quite rude and unpleasant to talk with, he was also not treating his colleague with respect.”

“My pooch has been going to Honey's for several years now and loves it! She runs at the door and wags her tail when she gets picked up ever day. The team are very reliable and professional and have never let me down. Jovana always goes the extra mile when needed. Brilliant service, Woof woof :)”

“Jan was absolutely brilliant, she was super responsive and easy to get a hold of. My cat isn’t going exactly super good at travelling to new places. As soon as we met Jan she started to calm her down and make her feel at ease. Once the grooming started my cat loved it, Jan was so gentle and delicate with her. Jam thoroughly brush her out and made her look absolutely amazing! She also gave us some brilliant advice on how to keep her coat looking nice. Thank you so much, Jan!”

“I’ve used Suma farm for many years, my girl can be a little shy with new people but the staff filled me with confidence that she would be fine and when I picked her up it was obvious that the staff genuinely cared about the cats almost like they were there own. “Mr Kim went far beyond the call of duty for me during my fight with Cancer. He even personally did a couple of home deliveries by bike when I was unable to collect prescribed medication. He is very friendly and helpful at all times and I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Superb service every time.”
