“Ruth at Pawfect style was really great and made my 7month old puppy's first trip to be fully groomed a breeze! My dog came out looking amazing and smelling good too! The grooming was impeccable and she looked so good I couldn't believe she was my dog! From the time she arrived they made her welcome and she was happy to go off into the cabin with minimal fuss. They called me when she was almost ready for pick up. When I arrived my puppy was happy and excited and obviously enjoyed her time being pampered. A lovely little touch was a Halloween bandana! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!”

“Well placed hotel, we didn't stay in the apartments. Lots of parking - discounted rate if ur staying here. V friendly staff. Choice of eateries and food mainly good. Breakfast choice is exceptional!”

“Due to flight being delayed, my mom and a family of 4 missed the connecting flight. I rang the hotel and Vladimir, the guesthouse owner, held 2 rooms and made sure, they were alright. He also organized the taxi the next day. The rooms were very clean, the guesthouse just a short drive from LHR airport. It was a huge relief for the travellers and me, to know, there was someone who actually cared (Airline didn't help at all!!) We will definitly be going back!”

“Perfect for a good night’s sleep if you’re arriving late or have a layover. Easily accessible from T5 via bus 423 which costs £1.60. You pay the bus by tapping your contactless card on the reader when you enter. The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Rooms were like every other Premier Inn. Sure, it may look a bit outdated but it’s safe, clean and does the job. I also felt safe as a female traveller, as you need to swipe your card at checkpoints to access various areas and a door chain is present by the room door. Additionally there’s a McDonald’s right next to the hotel, great for a cheap breakfast.”

“Zero complaints here. Rooms were new and fresh. The bar in main floor was decent but a tad expensive. We had a buffet style meal for our group and was okay. The breakfast was really good. I couldn't hear any planes taking off all night or day. Very sound proof”

“Calling all paws is simply brilliant! Frankie is the best groomer and has a lovely way with my dog who hates to be separated from me. She offers lots of extras like mud bath, teeth cleaning etc. I simply wouldn't want to go anywhere else, my shih tzu always looks fantastic and he has very sensitive skin and ears which have never been sore after. I would recommend this groomer 100 percent , the salon is spotlessly clean and Covid secure.”

I would also like to commend the customer service staff who attended to me (Sara). Excellent service, polite and friendly. She should be commended. The buffet breakfast option, is amazing I would recommend. The staff was exceptional. The only challenge was, I couldn't not cast from my phone to the TV. I would highly recommend this hotel. “For the price that you pay you get extreme value for money. Easily as good or better than travel lodge's i have stayed in. The TV in the room was not working, they offered me an alternative room if i wanted or said they would get it working the following morning. They did. Very good response to what could have been a negative, but there reaction to the issue and giving two options too resolve this only makes the experiance better”
