Because of the weight, my wife was struggling to carry it home so Richard (the lovely man working there) delivered it to us on foot! We have been using them for nearly 2 years now since coming to live in Staplehurst - we have 2 dogs, one of which is a little rescue and needs a lot of help when it comes to socialising. We have never been able to have anyone to look after him before and it made going away very difficult... we no longer have these worries. Leslie and the team put it so much hard work to get to know Frodo (and Remus but he's a big softy anyway), that he now feels safe with them too. We never thought this would happen and are so grateful! 10/10! Thank you so much and here's to many more years!”
