Little Lamps Nursery
● Closed“We are so happy that our son attended Little Lamps and had a wonderfully happy experience. Masuma and her staff were accommodating and took a deep interest in his development, operating effectively and communicating clearly during the challenges of 2020. The nursery space is excellent, well-equipped and maintained which are huge advantages relative to some of the more cramped (and frankly overpriced) options in the West Hampstead / Fortune Green area.”

St Christopher's School
● Closed“This is my sons 2nd year at St Christopher’s. Recently as a parent I had some concerns on syllabus content and the way in which Mr Lyon and Miss Clarke dealt with this was above and beyond just being professional. They were approachable, listened and showed a great deal of humility and understanding. As a parent we choose to entrust our children in the expert care and understanding of schools and the teaching staff, however being able to support that learning in a way that is nurturing and always in the interest of the child and their individuality is special. Not all schools listen. My recent experience with both teachers gives me confidence in St Christophers ability not to just teach my child but to nurture him and make the learning journey collaborative and positive. Parent teacher engagement is key to successful learning experiences. Keep up the Good Work!”

Tormead School
● Closed“Amazing school and fantastic teachers! Could not wish a better place for my daughter! We started in Reception and can see how rapidly our daughter develops! She loves every day of the school, it is as if it is a new adventure for her every day. She started reading/more interested in books and numbers, in nature and people. She made friends quickly. I have never heard she did not want to go to school, which is so good for us parents to see :) It is a good sign. It is a nurturing environment, diverse group, and school curriculum is full of different activities, including baking! We visited 7 private schools before joining Tormead, and we feel we made a right choice.”

Central Foundation Boys’ School
● Closed“I attended this school almost 50 years ago and today I am still grateful for the education I received. I realise things have changed radically over time but from its results, it is still achieving the goal the William Rodger set for the school, which was to offer education to all, irrespective of religion, colour or social background. As the School is about to celebrate its 150 anniversary, perhaps one should remember and rework John Kennedy's remark, Ask not what the School can do for me but what I can do for the School. Cowper Street allowed me, my younger brother to achieve a university education and supported both us use during our time there.”

Hampstead Theatre Cafe Bar
● Closed“Incredibly kind staff and efficient service. I have never been served as well anywhere in London. The coffee is Incredible, and their selection of both soft and alcoholic drinks is impressive for the theatre. Two young and friendly baristas helped me pick the best coffee for my very busy working day. And later a fine, and handsome gentleman who happened to be the bar manager presented their wine selection in great detail. I settled for their Incredible Sauvageonne Blanc. Overall, one of the best experiences in past few years anywhere in London. Their food is also very tasty and inclusive of dietary requirements. Their vegan sausage rolls are to DIE FOR. Weather you're looking for a nice cafe, working space or a chill bar this is your place.”
