"I’ve been a customer since the pandemic first come about and today was the only time I had a bad experience. The young lady did a rubbish job. Waxing is meant to get rid of all the hairs in this case there is still plenty of hair left on my eyebrow. The tinting process was also rushed! Never had a bad experience but my god I sure had one today. I am in the process of asking for a refund as it cost me £18 what a waste."

"Sangita did a wonderful professional job on my overplucked grey eyebrows and transformed them into a lovely brown colour and perfect shape. She waxed them first as I was nervous about threading and then finished off with threading, which I barely felt. Would recommend this service."

"Dhoha at Bromley branch was doing my treatment. She was extremely hostile and BUTCHERED my brows. Was not welcoming at all and seems like she has gotten very complacent within the job as she rushed through my threading process. Also had pre-booked for 10:30 when I arrived she told me my appointment was was at 10:40 which it was NOT and made me wait 10 mins. Staff need to be retrained in customer service. DO NOT GO HERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH CUTS ON MY FACE AS WELL AS BROWS THAT DO NOT EVEN LOOK THE SAME."
