"It’s a good salon and the ladies in there are friendly. Convenient it’s one of the few salons in Bromley open on a Sunday. It is a bit more expensive than other places in Bromley and for 5 or 6 sessions I visited my nail Extentions never lasted more than 2 weeks, which isn’t so bad but for the price you just expect better. The last session I went to my gel cracked a day after. Also the male that works there is often rude to customers, and on two occasions charged me more than I had been charged before. Coco is an amazing technician though and really gentle"

"I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews online. This salon is dirty and uncomfortable. I should have been alerted that there is not a single client. The girl who did my manicure was constantly distracted. She did it very quickly and neatly. On the second day, my gel polish began to peel off. I don't understand why such a salon exists in such a wonderful place as Bromley. Why hasn't it been closed yet?"
"Went to get nails done on a weekend and it was very quiet. Was asked to sit down on one seat by the manager but the lady who was sat at the table doing the nails asked me to sit somewhere else as she was busy watching something on her phone. Ended up sitting with the man doing my nails. Done nails but he didn’t do them properly and they became lumpy with tiny air bumps in. The gel is already coming of! So annoyed as paid £25 for them!"
"Worst ever! I wish I could give them 0 ratings. I wanted to get my shellac removed. A) the guy took the job started the removal then moved on to another client to shellac manicure - I had to wait forever for them to finish the work they started on my nails. B) they had audacity to charge me double the original price - they just didn’t return the change back! Awful service - rude bunch of people."
