"I visited Diva for the 3rd time with my mom. The experience was just bad. We made appointments and were looking for a mother daughter day. The appointment started 35min late for me and an hour late for my mom. The pedicures ended at same time making me feel my mom got a compromised service. The massage chair was broken and the temperature inside was extremely HOT. they had one fan and as soon as a customer started the service, they moved the fan. We were out of water and they said they don't have any - and I noticed stacks of water when I visited the washroom. Overall, we didn't enjoy at all. Worst yet, at payment, we were expecting a bill of GBP 95 and she quoted GBP 127! And I pointed her to the board and she said prices go up, don't they? When I asked her the breakdown it appears even with her - make in the moment prices - the total was GBP 113! So I Kinna felt cheated there. You can't publicise a manicure for 25 and charge 35! Unfortunately, I will never return to this place."

"Avoid this place. I booked manicures and pedicures for my sister in laws wedding. When we arrived we were told the appointment had been written down for the following day- fair enough mistakes happen. They asked them (sister and mother in law) to come back in half an hour which we did, when we returned back they made us wait around, there was no politeness or telling us how long we were going to have to wait. They left me standing for nearly an hour and after this we just gave up. The ladies in there were really rude. They didn’t engage with me at all (I made the original booking). They didn’t make any effort to try and get to my sister in law (the bride). The staff were really disrespectful and when I called them to complain about our treatment afterwards they refused to take any responsibility and basically told me … tough."

"Go here for my eyebrows and today my nails.. nothing less than a 5 star service, the ladies are lovely and talkative and attention to detail was absolutely perfect! Done exactly to the picture even down to the amount of butterflies on the nails!! Every step is checked for client happiness! Amazing service all around!"

"I highly recommend you treat yourself to a facial with Laura, she is absolutely amazing, she is so gentle & caring. I have psoriasis on my face since seeing her my face has been clear which means I haven’t needed to use steroid creams. my skin looks & feels tighter it’s a great natural alternative to Botox. My skin has never looked so radiant & smooth. Best facial I’ve ever had."

"I went here for the first time. I wanted the gel nails that I had done before to be removed and a manicure done. They put my hands in a bowl of acetone, a transitive attitude. I guess they didn't want to deal with. My hands are dry and peeling. I told the employee that this is not true. got angry and left me. 2 hours for gel nail removal and manicure. Because she was constantly leaving one customer and starting to connect with another customer. this is the first time i write a bad review for a company. Do not go there for your own good"
