"Went for waxing. I was expecting it to hurt, what I wasn’t expecting was the lack of empathy. I was crying (I have sensory sensitivities) and the woman told me that I need to grow up, and that girls of 18 are able to cope with this procedure. I know I have a low pain tolerance- I am neurodivergent, I wasn’t expecting to be shamed for it. Then she made me stop. Are they always so callous?"

"I've always come here since living in bromley. Never had a problem with the salon/staff. One time I felt mugged off when I brought my own products for them to use on myself and they still charged me. I wouldnt of done it for free anyways put considering they charged me full price to use my own products was muggy."
