“I visited for the first time today and received glowing customer service from two gentlemen. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a pedicure, both of which are gorgeous. The guy doing my manicure kept checking that I was happy with the progress at each stage which I welcomed and I was offered a hot drink on arrival. Such lovely people, I will be visiting again!”

Five stars for sure - as in my opinion, he is on a professional par with the top London hairdressers (but without the hefty price tag!) It was over any expectation, I had the best haircut, relaxing wash with massage chair and Ludmilla is one of a kind. She's calm, relaxed and makes you feel so comfortable. She has golden hands, she spent lots of time to ensure my haircut was perfect and it was! Also, very honest with price considering the high level of service. “There are many Nail Salons in Upminster but if you would go to any go to this one! I rarely get my nails done but when I do I always go here. The customer service is great, everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The nails are always amazing and last a long time, I've genuinely never had a complaint about any of my visits here and always make sure to return when I want to get my nails done. 10/10.”
