"Second chance and still bad - 2019 Had a terrible terrible experience here several years ago with my gel nails lifting within a few days and because it took me longer than a week to get back to the salon (I work fulltime) they refused to do anything to fix or refund. Destroyed my nails as they peeled off taking a lot of my natural nail too. Anyway I gave them a second chance and went in for a leg wax and underarm wax, mainly through necessity as they were local and had slots. Regretted it as the wax stripped a lot of my skin off, I should have gone back and complained but I was on holiday the next day but a warning to others... bloody hurt and was left with bright red marks for several days where skin stripped off. Giving 2 stars as the lady was sweet and friendly... jus clearly not on form that day."
