No other dentist puts me at ease as much as Raj does, he’s honestly such a great guy and really has his patients best interests at heart. I’ve had a few dental issues recently, and the staff at this practice have really been so accommodating and helpful in getting me treatment at short notice. Visiting the dentist is never a pleasant experience but I found the guys at Quadrant to be outstanding”

“I have now been going to Moor Park Dental Surgery for quite a few years and apart from the excellent routine administered by Dr Steve Werb and his hygienist I have also had to have various specialist treatments which have been attended to so professionally and followed up without any issue at all. Recently it was necessary for my 30 year old veneers, which were now sadly ailing, to be renewed. For two years Steve did mend and fill these old veneers but it came to the time when I just had to bite the bullet and go for total renewal. I can’t say I was delighted at the thought of so many hours in the dental chair and so many visits to check and recheck. And of course there was also the necessity to whiten the unveneered teeth so that everything matched and blended. And my goodness was it worth it - I no longer have Class 2 Division 2, I have teeth which are so much straighter and just look totally natural. Steve and his assistant Marthe took so much care and trouble to get everything just right and make me happy - such a very positive experience. I really can’t speak highly enough of the attention I have received by Steve and all the team at Moor Care Park Dental Surgery.”

I am so pleased that I have picked Care Dental. Today, (07-02-23) I went in for a check up with Dr. Rachel and her assistant Anna. They checked my teeth, identified a hole and gave me a filling within 30 minutes. Dr Rachel was calming throughout and gave clear instructions for me to follow, which made me relax and feel more comfortable. I felt no pain during the whole procedure. “Hello, my name is Susan. I attended the Dental Practice last Thursday for the first time. I had an appointment with the Dental Hygienist for a cleaning. A Descaling and Air Flow Polish cleaning. The name of the Hygienist was Hemita and the Nurse Armando. Well, they were both fantastic. Hemita got my teeth 100% clean. It was the best teeth and gum cleaning I have ever got. Not only that, but Hemita throughly explained about gum disease, how to maintain my oral hygiene at home,and advised me on the Dental brushes, and toothbrush that I should also be using. In addition to that she also gave me some free Dental brushes, which were the correct size for my teeth. Normally when I have the descaling with the electric descaler, I find it really terrible, because my teeth are really sensitive. But this time, I didn't feel any sensitivity at all. Because I was nervous, the Nurse Armando said I could hold his hand. Both Hemita and Armando, had a lovely reassuring manner, that made me feel relaxed and calm. Like I said they were both fantastic. The best Dental cleaning ever, both excellent and professionally. I will be going back every 3 months, it is money well spent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Before I finish. I want to say that the Receptionist, her name was Ramona had a lovely manner as well. Extremely helpful and friendly. From my experience this is an excellent Dental Practice.”

“The Dental Care that I receive here has always been very good. They very much put the patient first. I was included in the treatment plan when I had my filling replaced, they had the local anaesthetic on stand by but didn't end up needing it. I did fall asleep in the chair while they were working which gave them a bit of a shock but that's how un painful it was, and that's how calming they work. They were more than happy to answer and questions I had.”

Dentist Edwina and her assistant Mavis couldn't have been nicer, more understanding, caring and professional. I needed urgent attention for my large front tooth which had come out last week following a very old football injury. I had attended another clinic last week and it just felt they had not prioritised what I needed but lined up a costly program of works. It felt like I was just another number and getting money from me was their priority, and they hadn't tried to prioritise the embarrassing gap in the middle of my mouth which was preventing me from being able to work. Integrity, Edwina and Team had a completely different approach, it couldn't have been more different. “This was the best vet experience we have ever encountered. Dr Jose was absolutely amazing, so kind, so patient and totally engaged with our dog and us. We have had a disheartening experience with the practice that our dog was registered with, where they just didn’t have time to see her even though she needed a consultation so much. I had to work overseas for my first few weeks but everything was set up to make the transition as smooth as possible, feeling motioned at every step with any questions or problems I have answered in an online chat despite time difference!
