"I was very disappointed with my last visit to the DentEuropa London. I had an appointment at 11:30 am, the waiting time was 1.5 hours, it was explained to me that this was due to unexpected problems with a previous client, but in any case, other clients should not suffer as well - waiting 90 minutes is not acceptable. Initially, I was prescribed the procedure of two fillings (one small and one a bit bigger) and a deep cleaning, the doctor warned me after the examination that all treatments would take about 2 hours. Due to the fact that the appointment was delayed and there was already a queue before and after me, my cleaning procedure was obviously not done fully and in a hurry. The deep cleaning only took about twenty minutes, which is clearly not enough for two jaws (completely upper and lower), but despite this I was charged the full cost of £200, which is quite expensive for a 20 minute treatment. I also paid £125 for the examination and small x-ray, although my approximate check from the doctor during the appointment was £75. All in all, this really upset me. I would never recommend this clinic to private clients."
