I took all of her advice and have bought a brand I hadn’t considered at a size bigger than I had planned. They feel amazing. I should of took her name, hope that she sees this. “Nice shop, big choice of good quality clothes and shoes, especially for kids, pleasant staff. Lots of space and good stock. It’s our favorite place for shopping kids’ clothes. I prefere their clothes over Mothercare or M&S. Very nice designs of clothes. Just bought a coat there and it is top quality like from the best tailor. Really impressed.”

Shame the same can’t be said for her manager, he shouted at her and belittled her in front of me and my partner, but Megan remained professional and did her job efficiently, she’s truly a credit to your store. “Went to jd sports in staines today so my son could redeem a Fashion favourites gift card that my son was given as a gift. The staff were very helpful and patient as we tried, tried and tried again, we were in the shop for over an hour trying to redeem the card. Unfortunately to no avail then one off the staff suggested changing the card for another gift card in store. Which I agreed to so they went off to see the manager to see if we could do that. However because JD Sports do not accept Fashion favourites gift cards due to problems, they suggested that I call them or better still go online and do a webcall as this would be free. Overall I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, patient and polite.”
