Self service booths on right hand side with device to detach security tags. Had to visit store after ordering online order, only to find one item had security tag which had not been removed, prior to delivering to me (photo included).”

I can't tell you what they're like when making a claim, but I can tell you that their customer service is excellent on the quotes-end! Spoke to two advisers who seemed intelligent and were very helpful. They were Najid and Harry. A note to any internal staff reading this - I don't know if I just got lucky with these two guys, or if they're representative of the customer support staff you have in general. If it's the former, promote them quickly or they'll leave for a better job!”

“The car park is big, it has click and collect bay area. Inside there's Harris and Hooke plus Costa express machine. Also H&B shop too. There is public toilet inside. The upstairs has electronic and home appliance and clothes. The staff are very helpful, so if you can't find an item they will help you. Opposite the car park area there is petrol station and car wash”
