“My mum and I went to this particular Well Pharmacy on Ordance road on the 26/10/2022 for our Covid19 vaccinations. We were left extremely pleased with the service provided by Keval in particular. He was very professional, friendly, empathetic, agreeable and just generally made mum and I feel at ease. I can also say that I didn't even feel my vaccine and experienced hardly any sensation at all and I think this is because Keval showed knowledge of exactly how he wanted me to position my arm so that he could correctly and effectively administer the vaccination. Overall we have nothing to complain about and we were really pleased with the treatment we received.”

“The nurse practitioner, Jo, saved my life. I was in London as part of a world trip and wanted assistance for some back and neck pain. Jo did a thorough check and informed me that almost no air was getting into one of my lungs. She assisted me to get an urgent GP appointment and x-ray and within only a few hours I was in hospital.
