“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . As a person who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I am an easy target to rip off (and I have been on more then one occasion in the past). However, Gary and his team are simply wonderful, they have looked after my car's for a number of years and I've never been dissapointed or let down. I've never had particularly expensive or fancy vehicles, so there are often problems that arise and need looking at. Gary will always try and help me out with the cheapest option and it's honest about what is an urgent repair and what can wait. I have moved out of the area within the last 18 months but happily travel back to Sutton to get my car looked at if needed, serviced and MOT'd. Would recommend without hesitation!”
