“We would firstly like to say thank you so much to Lily and the whole JW & Co team. My wife and I were looking for our first place and after dealing with multiple agents. we contacted JW & Co and were introduced to Lily. After discussing our interest in our chosen property, Lily spoke us through the whole process and what was required from us. Whilst we were going through the approval for our property and also through the offer stages, Lily was always there available via email or call (ofcourse if she was away on viewings, we would just leave a message or drop an email and were sure to receive a response on her return) Honestly, she made the process extremely simple and we ended up securing our deal faster than we expected. We are extremely happy with all the help and support from Lily, Aime, Angela, Cristen and the whole team. Althought our regular dealings were with Lily, I do have to also add that the whole team are extremely helpful, being our first place, we already had many questions and Aime helped on multiple occasions to ensure the process was running smoothly and questions were being answered. Prior to the place being approved Cristen gave us a tour of the property on a couple of occasions and even called ahead to find out our expected time of arrival so he could be there before we reached. Angela managed the contracts and documents and also assisted in responding quickly to emails and providing clear instructions of which documents to sign. along with this she ensured we had all the information at hand prior to us moving in. “Longwood School is an outstanding School/Nursery. My children have been attending the school since a very young age. We have found that it has an excellent environment for learning. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they go above and beyond their teaching responsibilities to ensure individual happiness for each child. The staff who work tirelessly to ensure all pupils are cared for, encouraged and given every opportunity to excel to their full potential and beyond in all things intellectual, social, physical. But now under the formidable leadership and vision of Ms Lara Péchard and Mrs Gray. I feel more reassured and my daughter is very happy. Ms Lara Péchard has made significant changes across the senior and junior school, this has had a very positive impact on teachers, parents but most importantly the pupils.
