The whole process, from design ideas, through multiple iterations of the layout, options on finishes and ultimately the upgrade to the signature cabinets and oak internals was seamless. Once the design was approved delivery and installation were managed as a finely co-ordinated project, and their fitters were superb. They worked quickly, quietly and attention to detail was meticulous. Minor delivery damage to units was expertly remedied, and the amount of comments we get on the quality of materials, fit and finish speak for themselves. The flat was lovely, had everything that you could need, very clean and easy to get to and from the airport. Very close to a tesco express so can easily get all the food you need. “The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”

Mr. Sheikh, a member of the hotel staff ensured all our queries were immediately dealt with and ensured we have a wonderful and most comfortable stay. “Bats cabs are a great local taxi firm for Twickenham and the surrounding areas. I've pre-booked and used them to get me home from the West End late at night. The drivers have always been professional and friendly, with all details (which car, where it's waiting ) texted in advance. Reasonably priced for the journey, which you can pay for in advance when booking. My go-to reliable local taxi firm.”

“Decent hotel considering it’s a 2 star hotel and located in zone 4. Good water drainage, fair water pressure, clean room with comfy beds, basic amenities available, about 5mins walk from Hounslow Central tube station and just few stations away from Heathrow terminals.”
