"Normally there is a guy working in here. I had a woman and gosh was she in a bad mood, argumentative and rude. She trimmed my beard, no hot towel afterwards so my face was covered in hair. Cut me lining up my beard, didn’t line it up straight, left me with a rash on the back of my neck (lets hope the razor was not old and blunt) and then charged me the most expensive price in Twickenham. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. It was a long 30 minutes!"

"i went here today and had a lot of hair on the top and wished to keep it this way. i told them to make it shorter on the BACK and SIDES. NOT on the TOP. not only was i not given what i asked for but the back is dreadful. so uneven. really upset, i know it's just hair but being FTM transgender it can be really difficult to pass as male and my hair was the one thing that gave me confidence. now i no longer have that."

"I’ve been coming here for a few years and thought I’d finally leave a review! I had a really pleasant experience just now! Went in this morning and got an appointment for 12:00. Lots of sanitiser and all the barbers were wearing their face-masks (properly, over the nose!) which made me feel really comfortable. Will be back!"
