“Best hospital! Best staff - from doctors and nurses all the way across the board, to the catering team. Everyone was patient, attentive and went above and beyond. One of the nurses, also prayed with me, which was one of the most comforting and heartening experiences ever. My procedure went smoothing and at the time of discharge I didn’t feel as though I had just been through major surgery.”

“Went there to get a blood test done. I parked at the king georges and walked to barley court which was 3/5min walk. Barley court did have its own parking but i couldnt find its entry. There wasnt any queues outside so i buzzed and the nurse let me in. There were 4 ppl at the station n everyone was ready to receive patients n keep things moving. It was clean inside n i didnt see anything that would put me off. The nurse who took my blood was friendly n sweet.”

I booked this hotel directly by contacting them and they were kind enough to offer a discounted price for which is far less than the one quoted by the websites, which i generally use to book hotels. Though it is bit far from the Heathrow airport , The hotel is just infront of Seven Kings station and is a very good choice for tourists who want to stay in a budget yet decent hotel and roam around London.They provide good continental breakfast and also there are few food outlets nearby serving Pakistan/Indian kind of food.The staff was very supportive and i highly recommend this hotel.”

“I checked in on Thursday 2nd November 2017, the check in was very quick and the male receptionist was very pleasant and most helpful, I found the same when checking out on Thursday 9th November 2017. The double room was very clean indeed ( decoration, carpets and most importantly the bed sheets, the bed was very comfortable too ). The bathroom was sparkling and housekeeping staff were very helpful from day one. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent as was the service, the staff were a credit to Arran Guest House. The Guest House was very convenient to all public transport ( Mainline station and several bus routes ). I enjoyed my stay and could find no faults with the service of the excellent staff, so much so, I intend to return early in the new year. ( It is my pleasure to award Arran Guest House 10 out of 10 for the excellent service from all the staff including how they maintained the internal and external of this lovely property )”

“Not your average Ibis hotel - this hotel has been meticulously thought out and the high tech systems worked seamlessly at check in. The botanical, light and airy feel ran through the hotel which added to its character. Didn’t feel like I was on a busy main road at all! Staff were extremely friendly in assisting us during our stay.”
