"Could not fault the treatment my husband had here today. The staff were something else. Absolutely wonderful , caring and friendly. Every member of staff was amazing. The rooms were lovely and we were both well looked after. It was like being in a hotel. Spotlessly clean and it was great to be able to stay with him and keep him company. Would 100% recommend, couldn’t have been treated better."

One of the nurses, also prayed with me, which was one of the most comforting and heartening experiences ever. "Stayed 2 nights for hip op. The doctors & nurses were lovely, kind and professional. They remembered my name and took time to speak with me, explaining everything. They attended quickly when I pressed my call button to help me out of bed. The physios came each day and got me up & walking so fast! The food was really lovely, fresh & hot, coffee excellent. Thania and the other ladies helped me choose from the excellent menu, and nothing was too much trouble."

"A very welcoming hospital, with friendly and caring staff. From my initial consultation through to my pre-admission appointment, the care and advice I have received has been first rate, I couldn't have asked for more! It is a very efficient operation which I'm pleased to see has maintained its high standards, from my very first procedure there 20 years ago, all the way through until today. My knee replacement will be my 4th procedure at the Spire London East (or its previous names). There is ample car parking available.
