"The staff are very nice inside. But I would like to point out is be wary of the parking. I park there regularly for short periods of time and I've been given a ticket when I was unable to log into the app getting login error. I eventually got in and paid for it but was pass the 10 minutes time frame. I got parking ticket still. Went to appeal and they refused it. So even though I stayed for like 30 minute, paid for 3 hours I still have to pay the £60. But you expect this behavior with private parking firms. Disappointed. Make sure you have pound coins on you in case the app don't log you in so you can use the machine."

"Very DISAPPOINTED!! All the staff is very helpful and my ESOl teacher was excellent and inspiring person, but this year when I enrol for next level I was obviously DISCRIMINATED by the teacher, who accepted my documents (misunderstood reasons). She said that I should to be in waiting list, but my colleagues enrol after me without waiting list. After then I have so many enquiry to the ESOL main teacher, but She didn’t give any answer. She answered when I started calling the institute from everywhere, although the answer was that- I have to wait even they were accepting other students at the same time ."
