I was terrified before I first started as I wasn’t sure what the results would be, however everyone at este made sure I was comfortable and when I had my test patch I knew there was no going back. The treatments work and the aftercare advice is phenomenal. Noemi is absolutely amazing!!! She is the main aesthetic therapist I have been going to. I am very particular especially when it comes to my face, but Noemi has always ensured whatever treatments she has been using work for my skin. No matter how many clients she has, she always gets to know them and their skin, as she did with mine. I love hydrafacials here but most of all the micro needling. As an Asian woman, I am prone to pigmentation. The micro needling sessions have definitely reduced this and made my skin look healthier than I’ve ever seen it. The thought of starting this definitely worried me, but after one session with Noemi, I knew I was in very good hands. Anything you don’t like or feel is too painful can be reduced to suit your skin type. This is all for you, your skin and your body and the therapists at Este ensure you know that. “I used to do only waxing, but I decided that I needed to switch to laser, because I was tired of enduring constant pain. In the clinic, it is enough to go through 2-3 sessions to get a result, unlike many other places that I looked at (9-10 sessions were required there). In the end, it turned out to be more economical both in time and strength. My hair is light, but nevertheless the result is very good. Therefore, I can recommend the procedure both to those with light hair and even more so to those with dark hair. The procedure is completely painless. “Came here today for my Covid vaccine. The practice and staff were so organized, no one was waiting around to be seen. After your jab you have to wait 15 minutes to make sure you are ok, they had a tent outside however the two ladies in the tent were very polite showing everyone where to sit, offering water and had a heater! Very good service!”

Often they are European who can barely say few phrases. Then they review saying that this pharmacy stinks!!!! Come on. Go and get a life.”

“This pharmacy is a haven of efficiency and tranquillity. I have been coming here for months after experiencing very long queues and problems at other pharmacies in the local area but this one is like a different world. Unlike other places, there has never been a queue, the medicine has always been correct and ready for collection, and they can always find it on the shelf in seconds. The first time I put in a prescription, I received a courteous and welcoming phone call as well. Even though this pharmacy is further for me to go, it is worth it. I don’t know what they are doing differently behind the scenes but I wish all pharmacies were like this one. Highly recommended.”

Its not there fault (or job) if the wrong things are sent through to them but they went above and beyond to speak to the doctor and get it sorted out.
