"My very elderly mother has had three appointments cancelled for the Asthma and COPD clinic despite having been asked to contact the surgery ASAP for an appointment! She spoke with the Manager Alison who stated she would contact me to explain the situation however I'm still waiting for the call..........."

"From the first initial contact with Joan over the phone she was polite and friendly, this continued with meeting the receptionist upon arrival and followed through with Nurse, I am very impressed with this practice"

"Awful surgery. Waited an hour to eventually get through to then be told that “the service is no longer available as the nurse with those skills has left” There’s two surgeries! The parking is shocking and I wouldn’t waste your time or health being a patient."

"I have been a patient here for many years and just wanted to say after my visit that the Advanced Nurse Practitioner was absolutely lovely, she took her time in checking through my file and checking that previous visits were dealt with and I was happy with the outcome. She was very caring and friendly and everything you would hope for your visit to the GP. The downside is the struggle for parking, but parking on street further up the hill is available."

"There are good staff here, and how I wish that were the whole story. The problem is that the doctors here range from very good to abominable, with at least one who is nothing short of a liability. What prompted me to write this was that I had to have a medical for work, in which I recounted a recent telephone appointment with a GP here. The person doing the medical was *horrified* and made me promise either to change GP or see a locum. I decided to change, and the doctor I saw at my new practice told me exactly what the person doing the medical had... More could be said, but going at least this far felt like a matter of civic duty."
